The Institute provides online specialty courses to health care, human services, and legal professionals, seeking to become certified in Geriatric Care Management or Elder Life Care Planning. 

CONTINUING EDUCATION

CE Credit is provided through The National Academy of Certified Geriatric Care Managers (NACGM), and The National Academy of Certified Elder Life Care Advocates (NACELA).
  

ADVANCED CARE PLANNING

GCMI Faculty provide advanced care planning consultation to Geriatric Care Managers, Elder or Estate Law Attorneys and other Health Care Providers.

PROFESSIONAL GERIATRIC CARE MANAGER CERTIFICATION COURSE - $250

This course is comprised of four fully online self-paced modules, and learning activities in each module include assigned readings, short online videos, knowledge check questions, and case study reviews. The course is designed to be completed in 40 contact hours.

ELDER LIFE CARE ADVOCATE CERTIFICATION COURSE - $250

This course is comprised of four fully online self-paced modules, and learning activities in each module include assigned readings, short online videos, knowledge check questions, and case study reviews. The course is designed to be completed in 40 contact hours.
